how does paypal work? - answered

As my friends use paypal now, they used to ask me how does paypal work.

Here's how. WHen you pay money into a paypal account, Paypal stored your money as numbers on its database. It's like having an IOU. I owe you.

THen when you transfer your money, all you are doing is transferring numbers from one account to another.
When you withdraw money, paypa transfers numbers to your bank.

All money is is an IOU anyway - paypal money is the same as 'real' money - just a promise to pay in the future on demand the sum of x.

how to hard boil eggs? - answered perfectly

How to hard boil eggs perfectly?

I love hard boiled eggs and soft boiled eggs. I used to worry about getting it wrong and sometimes they were 2 hard or soft. Now I use a color changing egg - pop it into the pan with some eggs and boil away - don't forget to watch the eggs.

Click here to see the egg color changer

Also, there are 2 issues with boiling an egg - different times for different places and it takes longer if the egg is cold when you start.

Start with a room temperature egg (there really is no need to store eggs in the refrigerator)
