How to hard boil eggs perfectly?


I love hard boiled eggs and soft boiled eggs. I used to worry about getting it wrong and sometimes they were 2 hard or soft. Now I use a color changing egg - pop it into the pan with some eggs and boil away - don't forget to watch the eggs.

Start with a room temperature egg (there really is no need to store eggs in the refrigerator)
